The Saint Ignatius Founders' Day Gala has been a great success in the past for many reasons, one of which has been our great staff of volunteers! We are now searching for even more great volunteer talent for this year's event. Volunteers are needed for a variety of jobs and tasks. Everyone has a talent. Let yours shine!

We need volunteers to seek donations for the auction. Are you willing to solicit friends, neighbors and local businesses for donations? Big or small, we need them all. Popular auction items include:

Gift certificates, event tickets, physical items, collectibles, art, wine, etcetera. Let your imagination run free! We also need baskets.

We also need volunteers to help keep us organized. Do you have good bookkeeping or computer skills? We need people to organize the mailings. We need people to keep track of lists. We need people to help with the Gala check-in/check-out. In addition, we need volunteers to help the night of the Gala to assist with bidding.

Are you artistically talented? We need help with the Gala decorations. We also need help filling and decorating all of the auction baskets, an important job indeed!

We also need people to solicit advertisers for the Gala Booklet, drivers to pick up donated items, and people to help make phone calls.
