Many Thanks this Christmas Season from Saint Ignatius of Antioch

Thank you so much to all our parishioners, alumni, and friends of Saint Ignatius of Antioch who were so generous at Christmas. The Christmas offertory collection was outstanding and even better than last year. The gift cards enabled us to serve more than 147 families with food, toys, and clothing. The turkeys and hams were a wonderful gift for our Share-A-Meal and food pantry. Those who decorated the church and the Marthas who prepared the sanctuary made a welcome and wonderful place for worship. The choir, handbells, ushers, Eucharistic ministers, lectors, altar servers, and instrumentalists added so much to the standing room crowds that came to celebrate with us. The Confirmation class and the Catechumens assisted with the liturgy as they make preparation to serve the church and become more involved in the parish. We look forward to celebrating 2012 as we increase our ministries of Catholic education, outreach, and worship. God bless us one and all.
